Day one: Marrakech – Ouarzazate via Ait Ben Haddou:
Pick up from the hotel or riad in Marrakech to start our trip traveling to Ouarzazate (south of Marrakech) crossing the high atlas mountains, and drive through the dramatic Tizi nTichka pass (2260 m), appreciating the beauty of the landscapes and Berber villages, stopping at the Kasbah of “Telouet” which belongs to Pasha Glaoui (he was a French-Moroccan collaborator) ,arriving at the largest Kasbah in morocco Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah situated on a little high mountain overlooking a fertile valley, it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site , the main house of the Glaoui family, here you will walk and climb to see how the Kasbah is surrounded by Hammada( stony desert), and explore its old and dwindled buildings, then we’ll have our lunch in the Kasbah before we drive to Ouarzazate known as Hollywood of Africa, here you will have chance to visit another famous Kasbah in the heart of the city (Taourirt) was built on prime commercial real-estate, it was a wealthy region where people came to do business. Overnight in Ouarzazat.
Day two: Ouarzazate – Marrakech via Tizi N’tichka pass:
After breakfast in the hotel/Riad, we will leave Ouarzazate (the cinema city) traveling to Marrakech through high Atlas Mountains and Tizi N’tichka pass that connects Marrakech with the pre-Sahara oases, during our way back, we’ll enjoy the valley landscapes and the red-clay houses, stopping in the panoramic views of the valley to take photos, or to have a drink in one of the restaurants along the road, arriving Marrakech, taking you to your accommodations.
